SNCF-Reisende kündigten am Donnerstag etwas Neues auf Seiten der Nachtzüge an. Die Stadt Aurillac (Cantal) wird nun während der Ferienzeiten in Zone C und an Freitag- und Sonntagabenden in jede Richtung außerhalb dieser Feiertage durch einen täglichen Hin- und Rückflug mit Paris angeflogen, mit Zwischenstopps in Saint-Denis-près-Martel, Bretenoux-Biars und Laroquebrou.
Diese vom damaligen Premierminister Jean Castex im Jahr 2021 versprochene neue Verbindung wird mit dem Nachtzug nach Rodez gekoppelt, wobei die Wagen in Brive-la-Gaillarde getrennt werden.
Der Dienst nach Cerbère – auch täglich während der Schulferien in Zone C, nachts von Freitag auf Samstag und von Sonntag auf Montag den Rest des Jahres – wird ab Dezember entlang der Mittelmeerküste durch Nîmes Centre, Montpellier Saint-Roch, Sète, Agde verkehren und Béziers, bevor sie von Narbonne aus auf ihre übliche Route zurückkehrt.
Jeden Tag Paris-Lourdes
Die Bahnhöfe Saint-Gaudens, Carcassonne, Castelnaudary und Lézignan werden nun per Korrespondenz von TER bedient.
Die Strecke Paris-Lourdes wird täglich durch Dax, Bayonne, Orthez, Pau, Lourdes und Tarbes fahren, mit Korrespondenz von TER in Bayonne, um die Bahnhöfe an der baskischen Küste, Biarritz, Saint-Jean-de-Luz und zu bedienen Hendaye.
