Bevor er zu Epogee kam, war Herr Savelli fast drei Jahre lang Präsident von Creative Food Ingredients. Außerdem war er von 2012 bis 2016 Präsident und CEO von Eastern Foods und Präsident und CEO von CSM Bakery Products.
